At the beginning it was okay, check-in went smoothly. After the second night, they kept charging my card and couldn’t explain the charges. The general manager Matthew was able to provide a discount, but 8 days later I still have a pending charge of $762

The shuttle driver drove well, the receptionist received well, the cook cooked well. The room was roomy. Unfortunately the rest did not go well, so I am glad the gym was open 24/7 to help me sleep.

They had construction on floor 11 and I was on 10, checked in at 3 and the construction ran till 6! Was not informed of this and I had meetings I need to have and was extremely distracting listening to banging.

Lovely big room and bathroom on the 12th Floor. Everything we needed. Excellent included breakfast with good choice. We were offered a late checkout (2pm) as our flight was not until early evening. Much appreciated. We used the free shuttle bus for our arrival and departure. No dramas and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage.

Close to airport with shuttle. Very attractive lobby, restaurant and snack bar area. Pool and gym good. Front desk Ukrainian employee very hospitable and accommodating. Coffee tea provided in room and lobby.

Convenient by shuttle from the airport (don’t take taxi as flat rate is $28 even if going 1km) and excellent helpful staff and driver even helped me retrieve something I left behind in the room

I had a very long layover at the airport so I wanted to get a room to sleep. It was directly connected to the terminal so I did t have to go outside. I was traveling from the Caribbean so I was in shorts and a T-shirt. It was so nice to be able to walk through the terminal directly into the hotel. Only downside was a homeless guy sleeping in the terminal, just outside the hotel doors. I informed the hotel staff when I arrived and they said they would address the issue. They apologized for that and gave me a discount on the room without me even asking for it
